Raja George Younes
Founder, FuturisX · Global Program Manager, Pfizer · Director of Business Development, Beyond Silicon Solutions (BSS)
Raja George Younes is an innovation ecosystem builder and a five-time award-winning Global Digital Transformation Program Manager. Currently serving as a Global Program Manager within the Global Digital Team at Pfizer, he drives large-scale digital initiatives and technological impact at the highest corporate levels — a trajectory highlighted by his receipt of a prominent Artificial Intelligence (AI) award from Pfizer & Tata. His extensive experience spans deep tech, public sector innovation, and global market expansion.
As the Founder of FuturisX, Raja architects end-to-end strategic roadmaps that empower corporates, accelerators, municipalities, and governments to build future-ready ecosystems. His expertise focuses heavily on the silicon era and the next wave of industry growth, specializing in Semiconductors, Applied AI, and Digital Transformation to guide organizations from initial policy and vision through to national-scale execution.
Complementing his ecosystem leadership, Raja serves as Director of Business Development at Beyond Silicon Solutions (BSS), a spin-off of IPG Photonics. Here, he drives turnkey engineering services — including complex ASIC/FPGA design and 100G–400G architectures — for Tier 1 global telecom markets in the US and Europe. His deep expertise in the semiconductor and high-speed testing industries is further grounded by his prior tenure serving as the right-hand strategic advisor to the President of both MultiLane and ATC-VLSI, the latter of which was successfully acquired by a NASDAQ-listed company.
A dedicated advocate for high-tech development, Raja champions the expansion of hardware engineering, IoT, and advanced R&D centers. By bridging the gap between highly skilled engineering talent and global technology leaders, he works alongside fellow award-winning change-makers, founders, and scientists to turn breakthrough ideas into reality and reshape industries for what comes next.
