Who we are
FuturisX ("we", "us") operates https://futurisx.co. Contact: rajayounes@futurisx.co.
What we collect
- Strictly necessary: session state needed to load pages and submit forms.
- Analytics (consent-based, pseudonymous): first-party page views and button clicks, a random visitor ID stored in your browser (localStorage), a session ID, device type, referrer, UTM parameters, and country (derived from IP by our CDN at request time; the IP itself is not stored). Under GDPR this is pseudonymous personal data, not fully anonymous — a visitor ID could in theory be linked back to a browser, which is why it is consent-gated.
- Forms: information you submit via the Contact and Partner forms (name, email, message, optional CV file).
We do not use Google Analytics, Meta Pixel, advertising networks, marketing cookies, or cross-site trackers. Because no marketing or advertising trackers are used on this site, no such category is presented in the consent banner.
Legal basis
Analytics cookies load only after you click "Accept all" or enable Analytics in the cookie banner (GDPR Art. 6(1)(a) — consent; ePrivacy Directive Art. 5(3)). Form submissions are processed on the basis of your request (Art. 6(1)(b)).
Retention
- Analytics events: up to 12 months, then deleted or aggregated.
- Contact and partner form submissions: up to 24 months of inactivity, then deleted on request or on schedule.
- Uploaded CVs: up to 12 months from submission unless you ask us to keep them longer.
Your rights
You may request access, correction, deletion, or export of your data by emailing rajayounes@futurisx.co. You can also withdraw analytics consent any time using the cookie preferences link in the footer, or here:
Subprocessors
We use hosting, database, storage, and email delivery infrastructure operated by our platform provider to run this site. These processors receive only the data required to perform those functions.
